Hon Rogers VP:

1.This is an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal.  It is put on the basis that this court misunderstood the application that was before us on the appeal proper.

2.I cannot see how this court has misunderstood it.  As far as I am concerned this court has set out its reasons in its judgment and I see no grounds for giving leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal.
