Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Reyes on 25^th January, 2007:-

Paragraph 20, line 1, the word “Commissioner” should read as “Director of Immigration”,

Paragraph 21, lines 1 and 3, the word “Commissioner” should read as “Director”, 

Paragraph 22, lines 1 and 4, the word “Commissioner” should read as “Director”.
