Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above mentioned case handed down by Hon Saunders J on 4^th April 2007:

1.     the word “Chan” in line E of paragraph 12 on page 5 should be replaced by the word “Cheung”.

2.     the words “in clinging to” in line N of paragraph 18 on page 6 should be replaced by the words “and cleaned”.

3.     the word “Chui” in line Q on page 14 should be replaced by the word “Choi”.
