IN THE COURT OF APPEAL 1987, No 38 BETWEEN THE QUEEN and YAU WAI HUNG TSANG CHEUNG HO _______________ Yang, Ag. C.J.: 1. Appeal allowed. 2. Whilst the worst type of gang rape could attract sentences of up to 15 years, we are of the view that the rapes committed by the appellants did not fall within the worst category. Their sentences are accordingly reduced in the following manner –
