J U D G M E N T

1.I note that the Bar Association has not replied notwithstanding that this application has been outstanding for a long time.

2.This application is however entirely without merit. The offence was quite serious. It was premeditated and systematic. The sentence of one year's imprisonment was if anything a lenient sentence. The Judge did take into account the sentence the applicant was already serving and ordered that three months of the sentence should be served concurrently to it.

3.Application for leave to appeal against sentence is dismissed.
