1. The Plaintiff applied ex-parte for leave to renew the Amended Writ of Summons pursuant to Order 6 rule 8 of the Rules of the District Court (“ RDC ”) for a period of 6 months from 30 th January to 29 th July 2008. The Plaintiff filed the affirmation of his solicitor dated 10 th January 2008 in support of the application.
