In the Decision of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 30 January 2008, the correction reads as follows: -

Page 5, paragraph 16(a), the 4th line, insert “and all payments made by the Government of HKSAR to 1st Defendant in connection with the construction contract HK16/03 shall be deposited into the said bank account” after the word “HKSAR”.

Page 6, paragraph 16, the last line, delete the date “17 November 2007” and substitute “19 November 2007”
