1. On 9 April 2008 I handed down judgment dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant after a 6 days’ trial. I also allowed the Defendant’s counterclaim. I made an order nisi that the costs of the action be to the Defendant, to be taxed if not agreed, with certificate for counsel.
