Kindly note the following corrections in the judgment delivered by H.H.Judge Yung and Mr. Thomas Poon, Temporary Member of the Lands Tribunal on 3 September 2008.

1.In page 9 : "Heads C -----Cable Trench" should read as "Heads D -----Cable Trench".

2.In page 13 : "Heads D ------Fence Wall" should read as "Head C -----Fence Wall".

3.In page 19, para 32, line 10 : "schedule above" should read as "schedule in paragraph 63".

4.In page 20, para 32, line 6 : "average price of ------------ by the total" should read as "average price of $27,046 per m² (see valuation schedule in paragraph 63) by the total".

5.In page 31, para 52 should include "At the final -----------to both parties", please delete "53." before "detailed".

6.In page 32, para 55, the 1^st line : "The Claimant's" should read as "The Applicant's".

7.In page 32, para 56, the 2^nd line : “Botania" should read as "Botania Villa".
