The 2^nd sentence in paragraph 3 in page 2 of the Assessment of damages is amended as follows:

" However, during the morning yoga session at the Premises on 27^th May 2008 2007, he was assigned to an intermediate class which was a “tough class” and unsuitable for an absolute beginner. "
