The last sentence in paragraph 21 on page 7

“… order nisi that the costs be to the respondent, to be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations.” should read

“… order nisi that the costs be to the respondent, the applicant’s own costs to be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid regulations.”
