Huggins, J:

1. The appellant was charged before the magistrate with unlawful possession of dangerous drugs. A police officer gave evidence of having searched the appellant and found on him a packet containing 0.1 gramme of dangerous drugs. The appellant gave evidence. His story was the one so commonly heard of a police officer's picking up a packet of dangerous drugs off the ground and saying it belonged to a passer-by. In an admirably concise and reasoned judgment the learned magistrate stated why he believed the prosecution evidence and did not believe the defence. I see no reason to dissent from his conclusion.

2. The appeal is dismissed.
