1. In this action the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendants for damages for personal injuries caused to him by an unleashed dog. The 1 st Defendant was in direct control of the Dog at the material times and the 2 nd Defendant was the registered keeper of the Dog. The 1 st Defendant made payment into court.
