2.  Paragraph 28,  page 8:-

‘Two of them were called at the trail before the magistrate whereupon their evidence were accepted and the Defendant was convicted.’  should be changed to ‘Two of them were called at the trial before the magistrate whereupon their evidence were accepted and the Defendant was convicted.’
