CORRIGENDUM

Paragraph 23 on page 9 of the Judgment is amended as follows:-

“23    I make an order nisi, to be made absolute in 14 days’ time, that the 1^st Respondent do pay the Applicant costs of these proceedings up to and inclusive of 12^th March, 2008, and that from 13^th March, 2008 onwards, each of the respondents do pay 50% of the costs of these proceedings respectively to the Applicant, to be taxed, if not agreed, with certificate for Counsel. The Applicant’s own costs be taxed in accordance with Legal Aid Regulations.”

The legal representation of the Applicant is amended as follows:-

“The Applicant: represented by Mr. Patrick Lim, instructed by Messrs. Krishnan & Tsang, Solicitors.”
