1. The appellant pleaded guilty to four offences relating to travel documents. He forged an application for a Macau resident's permit for a single visit to Hong Kong and aided an abetted persons in the production of false documents. It appears that he was the agent of a gang which was involved in obtaining the unlawful admission of aliens into Hong Kong.
