CORRIGENDUM

Kindly note the following corrections in respect of the Decision of the captioned case handed down on 15 April 2009 before The Honourable Mr Justice Yam in Chambers :-
(1) The following paragraphs is amended by deleting the “company” and be replaced by the “defendant”
(i) On line 7of paragraph 3(v) at page 3;
(ii) On line 4 of paragraph 4 at page 3 (it appears twice in the paragraph);
(2) On line 3 of paragraph 8 at page 5 is amended by deleting the “2nd plaintiff” and be replaced by the “defendant”;
(3) On line 7 of paragraph 11(2) at page 6 is amended by deleting the “the 2nd plaintiff company” and be replaced by the “him”; and
(4) On line 2 of paragraph 20 at page 9 is amended by deleting the “Hong Kong company’s” and be replaced by the “the defendant’s”.
