1. In his last will dated 16 August 1989 (“the Will”), the Deceased (who had since died in 1999 domiciled in Hong Kong) gave 1/10 of his residuary estate to his daughter of the surviving widow, second wife (“the Daughter”) and the remaining 9/10 to the son of the first wife (“the Son”).
