Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment handed down on 12 May 2009: -

1.  The Heading: “HCPI 588 and 597 OF 2003” should read as “HCPI 588 and 591 OF 2003”;

2.  Page 2, paragraph 3, line F: “The defendant provided the…” should read as “The 2^nd defendant provided the…”;

3.  Page 3, paragraph 8, line S: “in the sum of $2,569,786…” should read as “in the sum of $2,569,786 (amended to $2,868,786 on 4 March 2009)…”; and

4.  Page 34, paragraph 102, line Q: Add the sentence “The plaintiff’s own costs be taxed in accordance with Legal Aid Regulations.” at the end of paragraph 102.
