1. On 5 th October 2007, whilst the 1 st Defendant was driving a public light bus owned by the 2 nd Defendant, he so negligently controlled the public light bus and made a right turn without ensuring traffic clearance that the public light bus hit the Plaintiff’s motorcycle (“ Accident ”). The Plaintiff suffered personal injuries as a result of the Accident.
