1.Paragraph 112, page 32:-

‘I make the order nisi that the Respondent shall pay the costs on grounds 1 and 2 to the Applicant with Legal Aid taxation.’ should be changed to ‘I make the order nisi that the Respondent shall pay the costs on grounds 1 and 3 to the Applicant with Legal Aid taxation.’

2.Paragraph 113, page 32:-

‘Although the Applicant did not succeed on grounds 3 and 4, points of general relevance and importance were raised such that I consider there should be no order as to costs.’ should be changed to ‘Although the Applicant did not succeed on grounds 2 and 4, points of general relevance and importance were raised such that I consider there should be no order as to costs.’

3.Paragraph 115, page 32:-

‘For the assistance of the taxing master, I say grounds 1 and 2 together with matters of background and principle would have taken up 80% of the hearing time, and ground 5 and the summons taking 5%.’ should be changed to ‘For the assistance of the taxing master, I say grounds 1 and 3 together with matters of background and principle would have taken up 80% of the hearing time, and ground 5 and the summons taking 5%.’
