Stuart-Moore, J. (giving the judgment of the Court):

1. This is an application for leave to appeal out of time against the sentence of ten years' imprisonment. We shall refuse leave in this case. The Applicant had every opportunity to plead guilty at his trial. We have also read the papers and satisfied ourselves that the sentence, following a contested trial, was entirely appropriate for the offence committed by the Applicant.
