1. The Defendant is the operator of a nursing home for the aged. The Plaintiff was working as a nursing assistant there. One of her many duties included showering the inmates. On the day of the alleged accident, she injured her back while preparing an amputee inmate for shower. She said she wanted to move the inmate from his bed on to a wheelchair. In the course of doing it, somehow because of the movement of the inmate, her leg slip slightly and she found her back injured. The Plaintiff is now
