Corrigendum to Court of Appeal judgment dated 10 February 2010, correcting two typographical/textual errors in CACV 96/2007, CACV 102/2007, CACV 104/2007, CACV 106/2007, CACV 107/2007, CACV 108/2007, CACV 109/2007 and CACV 112/2007. The appeals arose from determinations of an Insider Dealing Tribunal in relation to Vanda Systems and Communications Holdings Limited (renamed Hutchison Global Communications Holdings Limited) pursuant to section 31 of the Securities (Insider Dealing) Ordinance, Cap. 395. The corrections concerned the representation entry on page 26 of the original judgment: the addition of 'Insider Dealing Tribunal, the 1st Respondent in person (Absent)' and the correction of counsel Mr Peter Duncan SC and Mr Jonathan Kwan, instructed by the Department of Justice, to represent the 2nd Respondent only. Corrigendum issued.
