Kindly note the following corrections in respect of the Judgment of the captioned case given on 28th October 2009 before The Honourable Mr Justice Yam in Chambers :-

(1)   On line 4 of paragraph 4 at page 3 is amended by adding “after” before “he”; and

(2)  On line 5 of paragraph 4 at page 3 is amended by deleting the “ clause.  However” and be replaced by “clause, ”.
