Hon Tang Ag CJHC (giving the decision of the court):

1.The plaintiff, Ms Yuen Oi Yee Lisa, is the subject of a restricted action order. On 30 August 2010, she was refused leave by Poon J to issue proceedings in the High Court Bankruptcy Proceedings No. 8954 of 2007.

2.This is her application for leave to appeal from Poon J’s order of 30 August 2010.

3.Leave to appeal is refused.  We also make an order under O. 59 r. 2A(8) that Ms Yuen shall not request this determination to be reconsidered at an oral hearing inter partes or at all.
