Facts revealed that on 7 September this year, at around 1.30 pm, at a footbridge near Block 13, Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate, Kwun Tong, you were stopped by a police officer when you attempted to pick the pocket of a woman. After a brief struggle, you were subdued and arrested by the police officers.
