1. The Plaintiffs (“Madam Leung” and “Madam Wu”), claim against the Defendant for possession of the property situated at Unit N3, 3 rd Floor, Block 3, Nos. 448-458 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, Kowloon (“the Property”) and arrears of rent and mesne profits between May 2006 and October 2009. The Defendant claimed that all rent and mesne profits had been settled and counterclaims for the conversion of a company car by Madam Wu.
