Kindly note the following correction in the Reasons for Sentence of the above case delivered by His Honour Judge E. Yip on 25th March 2011:-
Page 1, at the bottom, line T, and Page 2, at the top, line B, concerning the 4th Charge, it should be amended as:- “(4) Common assault（普通襲擊）for D1; and (4) Causing grievous bodily harm with intent（有意圖而導致身體受嚴重傷害）for D2 and D3.”
