1. 建築物事務監督，根據《建築物條例》第27條申請封閉令。根據《建築物條例》第27條，若果建築事務監督認為任何建築物應於封閉，使他根據本部獲賦權進行或安排進行的任何工程得以進行，而不對佔用人或公眾構成危險，區域法院須在信納通知已按照第（2）款的條文發出後作出封閉令。
