1. On 4 May 2011, I gave judgment (“ Judgment ”) in this matter and found the 1 st , 2 nd and 5 th defendants liable for the plaintiff’s claim. The claims against the 3 rd and 4 th defendants and the 1 st and 2 nd third parties were dismissed.
