The applicant appeared before HH Judge Geiser in the District Court and was convicted, after trial, of one count of aiding, abetting, counselling and procuring the making of child pornography (1 st charge); two counts of criminal intimidation (2 nd and 4 th charges); and two counts of indecent assault (3 rd and 5 th charges).
