12. Regarding proceedings up to and including 29 th July, 2011, the Plaintiff do pay the Defendant’s costs. For the hearing on 23 rd September, 2011, the Defendant do pay the Plaintiff’s costs. The costs for both occasions to be taxed, if not agreed.
