COURT: Yeung Wing-pang, I have taken into account everything urged in mitigation on your behalf. You stand convicted on your own plea of guilty of one charge of trafficking in a dangerous drug.
The drugs involved are 237.82 grammes of a powder containing 175.60 grammes of ketamine. For that quantity of drugs I consider that the appropriate starting point would be in the region of 7½ years’ imprisonment.
Having considered everything urged in mitigation on your behalf, particularly of your plea of guilty, I shall give you the full one-third discount.
I therefore sentence you to 5 years’ imprisonment.
