JUDGMENT

-----------------------------

Huggins, J.:

1.  The two Appellant were jointly charged before the District Court with robbery. They were charged in the first charge jointly and there was one further charge against each. These were robberies of medical clinics where both the medical practitioner and his patients were the victims. Each Applicant was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment consecutive on the two counts against him.

2.  The applications for leave to appeal were dismissed by the single judge. We see no reason whatsoever to disagree with his conclusion and these applications are dismissed.
