1. This claim arose out of an accident on 1 January 2007 at the streetside near No.85, Kweilin Street, Shamshuipo, Hong Kong (“the Accident”). On that day, the plaintiff (an infant, born on 14 April 2006) was pushed by his mother in his pram somewhere in Shamshuipo. The pram was uncovered. When they reached the scene of the Accident, the plaintiff suddenly cried loudly.
