In the Judgment of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 13 July 2012, the corrections read as follows: -

Page 1, the Plaintiff should be “HO SIN YING” instead of “HO SING YIN”

Page 1, The Defendant should be “CHAN YUI LING, the intended Extended Executrix of the estate of Leung Lai Fong, Deceased, also the intended Administratrix of the estate of Tsang Kwong Lik, Deceased” instead of “CHAN YIU LING the Administratrix of the estate of Tsang Kwong Lik Deceased.

Page 4, Paragraph 10, Line 3, deletes “elder brother” and substitute with “younger brother”.

Page 4, Paragraph 10, Line 3, deletes “younger sister” and substitute with “elder sister”.

Page 5, Paragraph 14, Line 3, deletes “past according to” and substitute with “passed according to”.

Page 12, Paragraph 39, Line 4, deletes “successor-in-tile” and substitute with “successor-in-title”.

Page 20, junior counsel for the Plaintiff should be “Aidan Tam” instead of “Aiden Tam”.

Page 20, the name of the Defendant’s Solicitors should be “S K Wong & Co.” instead of “K S Wong & Co.”
