_______________ J U D G M E N T _______________ 1.The facts of this case are similar to HCAL 90 of 2012. Though it has not been set out in the Form 86, the Applicant has also sought advice from the Nomination Advisory Committee as to his eligibility to stand for election in the forthcoming Legislative Council election. 2.For the same reasons as set out in the judgment handed down in HCAL 90 of 2012 (a copy of which shall be sent to the Applicant together with this judgment), this court refuses leave to the Applicant to apply for judicial review in the present case. 3.Like HCAL 90 of 2012, the court makes no order as to costs.
