1. Defendant, you have pleaded not guilty to a single offence trafficking in dangerous drugs, contrary to sections 4(1)(a)&(3) of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap. 134, making it clear you accepted possession of those drugs. What in fact you were saying was that, “These drugs were possessed by me for my own consumption. They were not to be trafficked.”
