Corrigendum

Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Sentence delivered on 28 March 2013:-

Line I of page 1, the 2nd offence that Defendant is facing should be “(3) instead of (2) Failing to surrender to custody without reasonable cause (無合理因由而沒有按照法庭的指定歸押)”

Paragraph 43 of page 6, item 2, it should be “in respect of the 3rd Charge instead of 2nd charge - that is, the absconding - a starting point of 9 weeks’ imprisonment, reduced to 6.
