In the Decision of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 6 May 2013, the correction reads as follows: -

Page 5, paragraph 13 of the judgement, line 2, “2^nd to 5^th defendants” should be replaced by “2^nd and 3^rd defendants”.

Page 29, the representation of the 4^th and 5^th defendants should read “Mr. Carter Chim, instructed by Ho Tse Wai, Philip Li & Partners, for the 4^th and 5^th defendants”.
