The present application was initiated by the Hong Kong Secretary of Justice in his capacity as the Central Authority for the return of a 5 year and 8 month old boy D to Slovakia under the Child Abduction and Custody Ordinance Cap 512. The application was made pursuant to a request from the Central Authority in Slovakia on behalf of D’s father.
