The shares were registered in the name of Mayer Corporation Development International Limited (“Mayer BVI”), a BVI company. Mr Lai Yueh-hsing (“Lai”), was the sole director ofMayer BVI, whose sole shareholder was Mayer Steel Pipe Corporation (“Mayer Taiwan”).
