1. This is an assessment of damages for personal injury sustained by the plaintiff in an industrial accident that happened on 15 September 2010. On that day, while the plaintiff was working at the cargo terminal of the airport, he was run into from behind by a forklift truck driven by one of his colleagues, the 1 st defendant. At the time of the accident, both the plaintiff and the 1 st defendant were employed by the 2 nd defendant (“the accident”).
