This is an appeal against the judgment of Deputy Judge Beeson (as she then was) given on 9 July 1997 by which she found there was a binding agreement between the parties for the sale and purchase of a flat and parking space and ordered specific performance of the agreement by requiring the defendant to convey the flat to the plaintiff.
