1. At the conclusion of the hearing, we dismissed the applicant’s appeal from the judgment and order dated 24 December 2012 of Andrew Chan J refusing the applicant leave to apply for judicial review. We also ordered that there be legal aid taxation of the applicant’s own costs. We now give our reasons.
