1. In DCPI 1883 of 2012, Madam Li Wing Kwai (“Li”) claims against Mr Chan Hau Yu (“Chan”) for damages for personal injuries caused by an assault by Chan. Chan denies liability. In DCPI 673 of 2013, Chan claims that he suffered personal injuries in the same incident due to the negligence of Li when Li opened a door bumping onto him.
