CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Verdict delivered by His Honour Judge Dufton on 8th September 2014:-

The first sentence of paragraph 110 should read “The defendant and Jakub Planka escorted Mr Papaleo to the bank but did not go in the bank with him.” instead of “The defendant and Jakub Planka escorted the defendant to the bank but did not go in the bank with him.”.
