On 5 August 2013 Alstom Technology Limited (“ Alstom ”), which is incorporated in Switzerland, issued a petition, which was amended on 12 August 2014, to wind up Insigma Technology Co Ltd (“ Company ”) on the grounds of insolvency [1] .
