COURT: I have taken into account everything urged on your behalf.

You stand convicted of one count of trafficking in a dangerous drug. The quantity of drugs involved is 132.5 grammes of a crystalline solid containing 126.49 grammes of methamphetamine hydrochloride.

All things considered, I adopt a starting point of 12½ years’ imprisonment and having taken into account everything that has been urged on your behalf, I am prepared to give you the full one-third discount, thereby reducing the starting point to one of 8 years and 4 months’ imprisonment.

You are therefore sentenced to 8 years and 4 months’ imprisonment.
